Refunds & Returns Policy
Pottery shipping prices are based on USPS pricing and number of items ordered.
You may return an item only if it ships damaged. Email an image of the damaged item to [email protected] within 3 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
For logos, you will receive a partial refund (50%) if you are not satisfied with your first preview and decide to terminate the project.
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of your email request. This time period includes the time it takes to process your return once received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
